The His Image Day of Service Wedding Coordination Package provides dedicated support to ensure a smooth and well-executed wedding experience. With unlimited access to HIED, the team assists with all arrangements, meets with the couple to finalize event details, and coordinates with vendors to bring the couple’s vision to life. HIED develops a detailed program flow and, in the final stages, oversees all logistics for the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. On the wedding day, HIED manages and monitors all activities, working closely with vendors and the deejay to maintain timing, handle any issues, and ensure a seamless experience for the couple and their guests.

The His Image Package offers full-service planning and coordination from start to finish. HIED works closely with the couple and vendors to plan logistics, create timelines, and design a customized program flow. The team provides ongoing guidance, attends planning meetings, and offers creative input while managing vendor communication, venue coordination, seating arrangements, and overall event execution. On the wedding day, HIED remains on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly, delivering a well-organized and memorable celebration.

Full Service Wedding Planning & Coordination

What it is: A comprehensive package that covers every detail from start to finish.
What's included: All services from the other packages, plus full event design, budgeting, and management of all vendors (e.g., caterers, florists, entertainment, photographers). It includes initial consultations, design planning, timelines, vendor management, and day-of execution.

Day of Coordination

What it is: Ideal for clients who have planned their event but need a professional to manage the logistics on the event day itself.
What's included: Creating a final event timeline, managing vendor arrivals and setup, handling last-minute issues, and overseeing the event schedule so the clients can relax.

Reception Only Coordination

What it is: Ideal for clients who have managed the details of their wedding, but need someone to manage, design and decorate their wedding reception. They will have a full service coordinator that will manage the details of the reception as well as, design, set up and tear down the reception and vendor management.

Wedding Design

What it is: design and creation of the look and feel for the wedding and/or reception.
Based on your design concept, we will work with you to create the centerpieces, backdrops, etc. for all aspects of the wedding and/or reception.
